Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of order receipt to request a return.

Conditions

• The product must be in its original, unused condition, and with its original packaging.
• It must include all accessories and documentation that came with the product.
• Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse.

How to request a return?

Send us an email to our customer service address indicating:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Photos of the product if it is defective

We will respond within a maximum of 48 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

Refund

Once the product is received and verified, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it at no additional cost. Contact us within the first 48 hours after receiving the order.
